1998: Emergency medical mission in order to deliver medical supplies and provide medical services to burn victims in Yaounde, following a fire caused by the derailment of an oil-carrying train which killed 150 people and left several others with severe burns.
1999: Delivery of medical supplies and construction of medical clinic in remote areas of South Cameroon.
2000: Humanitarian aid program during which MdM operated (staffed, equipped etc) a medical clinic in North Cameroon, in the Katrang region, near the borders with Chad.
