Protect you and those around you
- When sneezing or coughing always use a tissue or your elbow
- Wash your hands often and very well with soap or an alcohol solution
- Avoid shaking hands and touching your face
- Always keep a distance of 1 meter from those around you
- If you feel unwell, stay in bed
- Avoid stigmatising those who are ill
- Trust only experts and scientists for information
