WE AT MÉDECINS DU MONDE ARE COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- The services we provide to vulnerable groups will fully satisfy and meet their requirements as well as the applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Our aim is always to continuously and fully satisfy the relevant parties concerned.
- For the immediate response to needs and problems.
- The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the operations of the Organisation.
WE OPERATE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:
- Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her work and is fully informed about the implemented Quality Management System and the objectives/indicators that have been set.
- We as an organisation set goals and provide the resources needed to achieve them. The results of our statistical analysis are analysed as part of our continuous effort to improve the services provided.
- We provide appropriate training for our staff as well as the equipment and infrastructure to properly perform the tasks assigned to them.
- The organisation has appointed a Quality Process Manager who has organisational independence and authority to ensure that the QMS is implemented. In cases where required, he/she shall take appropriate corrective measures.
- The suppliers we work with, respect the commitments of our organisation.
- All staff and external partners (where required) are required to implement the Quality Management System within their scope of activities.
OUR STRATEGIC GOALS ARE:
