ORGANISATION Policies and Procedures

WE AT MÉDECINS DU MONDE ARE COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • The services we provide to vulnerable groups will fully satisfy and meet their requirements as well as the applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Our aim is always to continuously and fully satisfy the relevant parties concerned.
  • For the immediate response to needs and problems.
  • The continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the operations of the Organisation.

WE OPERATE ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:

  • Each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her work and is fully informed about the implemented Quality Management System and the objectives/indicators that have been set.
  • We as an organisation set goals and provide the resources needed to achieve them. The results of our statistical analysis are analysed as part of our continuous effort to improve the services provided.
  • We provide appropriate training for our staff as well as the equipment and infrastructure to properly perform the tasks assigned to them.
  • The organisation has appointed a Quality Process Manager who has organisational independence and authority to ensure that the QMS is implemented. In cases where required, he/she shall take appropriate corrective measures.
  • The suppliers we work with, respect the commitments of our organisation.
  • All staff and external partners (where required) are required to implement the Quality Management System within their scope of activities.

OUR STRATEGIC GOALS ARE:

  • The organisation’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • The continuous improvement of the organization and the services offered.
  • To ensure the continuity and availability of the services.
  • The continuous monitoring of the efficiency and effectiveness of operations based on targets and indicators.
