CTHE NEW CAMPAIGN OF MdM GREECE
Thousands of images, information and facts pass before our eyes every day. We spent our whole life running and running to keep up with everything, in a constantly changing world. Every day we keep running without often noticing what is happening next to us.
We avoid looking into the eyes all of those things that make it difficult for us, all of those things that give us a knot in our stomach. We avoid noticing the pain. Inevitably the image of a family in a boat seeking protection, the image of a woman in a hospital bed suffering because she dared to say NO, the image of a man sleeping on a bench, the image of a small child begging on the street becomes a familiar image.
Human suffering should not become accustomed. How hard is it to be in need and no one sees you? MdM-Greece new campaign’s central message “Next to invisible people” aims to make us pay attention to all the invisible people around us, whom MdM-Greece sees and supports every day in every way. The campaign was curated by Cream as part of its corporate social responsibility and contribution.

MdM-GREECE – NEXT TO INVISIBLE PEOPLE
MdM-Greece created this campaign in the framework of the project THEO.RO (Establishment of a Horizontal Organizational and Strategic Plan 2022-2025).
The project THEO.RO. is implemented in the framework of the Active citizens fund, with Médecins du Monde as the implementing organization. The €15 million Active citizens fund project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and is part of the European Economic Area (EEA) funding mechanism for the period 2014 – 2021, known as EEA Grants. The project aims to strengthen and enhance the sustainability of civil society and to highlight its role in promoting democratic processes, enhancing citizens’ participation in public life and defending human rights. The Active citizens fund grant for Greece is managed jointly by the Bodossaki Foundation and SolidaritNow. Read more here: www.activecitizensfund.gr
