Doctors of the World Greece implements a policy of zero tolerance against corruption and demands that everyone associated with the Organization act with honesty and integrity.
MdM policies are maintained in accordance with the principles of national law and codes of conduct and ethics and we affirm that all employees are responsible for promoting fundamental human rights, social justice, human dignity and equality of men, women and girls.
Doctors of the World-Greece (MDM-GR) has prepared the manual as a guide to employees and volunteers that involved in the operations of the organization. The purpose of the manual is to provide a defined context for the staff in terms of respect and protection of Vulnerable Adults in all the sectors of function of the organization while at the same time to establish all the compulsory responsibilities and obligations for the protection of the vulnerable persons from harm and abuse.
This Policy will be used in conjunction with relevant employment/labor law and relevant criminal laws to make decisions about how to respond to any allegations, complaints and concerns received.
